Tradewinds Rd. The applicant wishes to divide an <br />existing 3.89 acre lot into two (2) lots; one 1.78 acre lot fronting East Panama Road, and <br />one 2.11 acre lot facing E. Current FLUM designation: Rural Residential <br />The 3.89 acre lot is located on the north side of E. Tradewinds Road.
