Torcaso. Present: }1ayor John V. Torcaso, present Deputy Mayor Buck Adkins, present City Manager Richard Rozansky, present City Attorney Tom Lang, present Commissioners: Jim Hartman, present Inez Linville, present William Jacobs, present Leanne Grove, present Also Present: Police Chief John Govoruhk Fire Chief Charles Holzman City Engineer/Dir. of Public Works Charles Hassler City Planner Walter Elwell Jack Shuder, Seminole County Expressway Authority Gary Gotwalt, Councilman from Oviedo Jane Dees, Councilman from Oviedo Jay Bolton, Land Development Admin., Oviedo Charles True, Winter Springs Development Jay Alpert, Winter Springs Development Ken Bishop, Attorney for Winter Springs Development Preliminary Development Plan (Existing Tuscawilla P.U.D.), Tuscawilla/Unit 14, Winter Springs Development Corp.: _ City Planner Elwell discussed his report, Review/Analysis of Applicant's Traffic Survey, dated April 17, 1984. Charles True, engineer for Winter Springs Development Corporation spoke in reference to the report also. He said they are here tonight to get Section 14 approved and to build that portion of the road. Jack Shuder of the Seminole County Expressway Authority spoke about the action of the Orange County Expressway Authority saying Dean Road will be the entry point into Seminole County. He said it is very important that the Authority define the alignment because of all the development in that area. There was discussion on whether or not traffic would increase on Winter Springs Boulevard if the extension of Winter Springs Boulevard was not opened up to Oviedo, and where the interchange for the Expressway is going to be located. There was discussion in reference to some problems on Winter Springs Boulevard. Mr. True said if it is their problem they will fix it. Tuscawilla/Unit 14 will be on the agenda for the next Commission Meeting on April 24, 1984. Meeting was adjourned 8:35 p. m. Respectfully submitted, Mary T. Norton, City Clerk
