Inspector — Code Officer Rich McLaren
;vrv ,, , Code Enforcement Division
Received complaint from neighbor reference to resident
utilizing his property to store items from his landscaping
business.
Upon inspection of the backyard of the residence from the
complaint's yard, which I had verbal authorization to be in.
I observed a large pile of bagged mulch, numerous sections
of several trees cut up, and other assorted yard waste. As
well as items piled against the fence and attached to the
fence.

For several weeks following this inspection, I would
observe large amounts of yard waste being left at the curb
for disposal with the City contracted sanitation service.
Due to the property size and lack of vegetation in the
backyard, it is improbable it is from the residence.
Notice of Code Violation was mailed to the residence
certified/return receipt on March 24, 2016 and returned
unclaimed. Residence was posted with Notice of Code
Violation on April 22, 2016.
