June 14, 2016 — Property was mowed by Annan
Landscaping at my request due to the Health and Safety
issue of the overgrown grass.
There has been no contact with the homeowner at this
time.

Recommend Code Board find property owner in repeat
violation of City Ordinance 13-2 (c) and that the previous
fine of $ 100 be double for $200 a day as allowed, for each
day the residence was not in compliance. (15 days)
