• Case started on January 26, 2016 for Unsafe Structure.
• Upon investigation, found building missing all doors and
windows with plywood put in its place, most of which has
been pried off building with access available in multiple
areas of building.
• Inside of building has extensive amount of household trash
and debris as well as furniture items.

• Exterior area of property had extensive amounts of
assorted junk and debris as well as yard waste.
• Wooded area to the rear of building had extensive amounts
of both yard waste and household garbage.
• Sign out front of the building is in disrepair and no visible
building numbers can be found.
• Due to public safety issue of yard waste and junk/debris,
Intent to Remedy sent certified/return receipt to owner of
property.

• February 1 2016- Spoke via telephone with representative
from company who stated he was aware of issue and
would be making arrangements to have building
demolished and fencing installed.
• Due to no effort made to remedy situation, clean up of
property commenced on February 17, 2016
• Property was posted for Code Board on March 2, 2016.

• No violations have been corrected to this date.
• Posted for Non-Compliance hearing on April 7, 2016.
• Have spoke with Aaron Reid, a representative from
Standard Pacific on several occasions. The company is
making arrangements to have building demolished.
• April 19, 2016- Notified by Aaron Reid that the asbestos
test on the building came back positive for the presence of
asbestos in the building.

the adjudication of the original hearing on March 22 2016 and
such item be entered in as alien.
