Devon Ave. Owner: Louis Garcia Violation : City Ord. 6-195 Maintenance of Fence Date of Service: April 4, 2016 Inspector: Capt. C Deisler -,5u ,,� ,� Code Enforcement Division • This property was permitted for a fence by Community Development. Based on the parameters of the permit, the fence was to be installed on the property. The fence as it currently presents does not comply with those parameters. • On March 1 , 2016? I along with Community Development Director Randy Stevenson, met with Mr. Garcia to discuss the parameters of the fencing on the property. ;vrv ,,� ,� Code Enforcement Division • At that time, the fencing was determined to not be properly affixed to the posts. Based on Mr. Stevenson's information it was determined the fence needed proper supports and anchoring. • To date, Mr. Garcia has called me once on April 1 , 2016 to further discuss the issue. He was instructed to call Mr.' Stevenson, as he has more knowledge of the permit requirements and could properly direct him to successful conclusion. ;vrv ,,� ,� Code Enforcement Division • The Notice of Code Violation letter was mailed certified on March 7, 2016 and was received by an unknown recipient as the signature is illegible. • Notice of Code Board hearing was mailed March 28, 2016 and was signed for by Mr. Garcia It was also posted at the residence and at City Hall on March 25, 2016. The owner should be given until May 26, 2016 to comply.
