The Office Of The City Clerk Is Requesting The Oak Forest Wall and Beautification District
Advisory Committee Discuss Rescheduling Their Annual Meeting Beginning In 2017 To An
Earlier Date To Coincide Better With Seasonal Matters.
CONSIDERATIONS:
Staff is asking the Oak Forest Wall and Beautification District Advisory Committee for their
consideration in possibly selecting a new Regular Meeting date earlier in the calendar year,
beginning with 2017, which could assist Staff with addressing plantings and other matters thus
providing for more efficient planning of resources.
