Flannigan ;vrv,,� ,� Code Enforcement Division • WS 1 Power point presentation • WS 2 Affidavit of posting Notice of Code violation on December 13, 2015 • WS 3 Affidavit of posting Code Board hearing at property and City Hall on February 10,2016 ;vrv,,� ,� Code Enforcement Division On August 10, 2015 I observed the driveway had been damaged from tree roots pushing up the driveway causing a hazard. I posted a notice and Mailed a Code Violation letter to the owner since the house appeared vacant. On August 22, 2015 I received a call from the sister of the owner. She advised that do to medical issues the house was going into foreclosure. ;vrv,,� ,� Cade Enforcement Division • On November 1 2015 I the Bank of New York Mellon had been listed as the new owners of the house. • On December 13, 2015 I mailed Notice of Code violation letter to the Bank for the violation and posted the property • On January 5, 2016 I received a call from a David Ashley stating he represented the bank and requested more time to repair do to pending sale. ;vrv,,� ,� Code Enforcement Division On February 10, 20161 mailed notice of Code Board Hearing along with Posted property and City Hall with notice. No action has been taken to correct the issue at this time.
