• This location is the site of an unfinished office building
project. It fell into disrepair after funding for the job failed
which resulted in the bank foreclosing on the property. It
presents a general nuisance to the neighborhood, is
unkempt, and contains several hazards. Weeds and grass
on the lot are several feet high in places and construction
debris is scattered throughout.
• Notice of Code Violation- mailed January 6, 2016 and
posted at the property. The NCV was delivered January 11,
2016 and signed for by staff.

• The conditions on this property persist and I have not
received any contact from the owners. We have received
numerous complaints on this property from residents. All

• As of this afternoon, most of the violations have been
cleared, however, some issues remain. There is still some
trash and junk seen on the property. I have yet to hear
from anyone representing the owner as of this date. There
is ongoing work on the site, however, the plans of the
owner are unknown.
• I am requesting the property be found in violation and a
daily fine of $250.00 per day be imposed should the case
be found in non - compliance. The date for compliance is
requested at March 23, 2016.
