�WHEREAS, Ms. Marylou Grover, a Tuscawilla resident for a number of years, often walks along Winter Springs
Boulevard and while out on these walks, picks up any trash that she sees - all in an effort to help beautify this
community that Marylou calls home; and
WHEREAS, when walking along local roads, often with friends, Marylou not only enjoys the fresh air and exercise,
but makes a difference by the trash that she picks up which helps keep the Tuscawilla community that much more
beautiful,- and
WHEREAS, most people driving the roads in Tuscawilla don't see the litter and trash that has been carelessly
strewn about the landscape, but from Marylou's vantage point as she walks along Winter Springs Boulevard, the litter
has to go and so Marylou and her friends who often walk with her, Deborah Vernau, Pat Smyth, and Joan Terry take
care of the trash which helps beautify their community and
WHEREAS, the kindness and helpful gestures shown by Marylou definitely helps make the Tuscawilla area that
much better a place to live,- and
WHEREAS, Winter Springs is so fortunate to have a resident like Marylou Grover who truly wants to have a
positive effect and does so in many ways.
NOW THEREFORE, I, CHARLES LACEY, Mayor of the City of Winter Springs do hereby offer this
Proclamation in honor of
"Marylou Grover"
as we ask all Winter Springs residents to also share their heartfelt appreciation for the care and love extended to our entire
community by the contributions of this generous and kind friend and neighbor.
