Flannigan ;vrv,,� ,� Code Enforcement Division • On April 23, 2013, this case was originally heard and found in violation, the owner was given until May 15, 2013 to correct the violations. If found in non- compliance a fine of $100.00 a day retroactive to April 23, 2013 would be imposed. • The Order of the Board was signed for by Robert Jennings and Samuel Etzen. -,5u ,,�,� Code Enforcement Division • On July 9, 2015 there was an application for lien reduction filed by Paul Ginzl on behalf of Fannie Mae; requesting the lien be reduced to $3,000.00 or City costs, which ever is less. • Fannie Mae acquired the property on November 6, 2014, the tenant vacates on December 1 2014. There was notification via a title search on December 30, 2015. • On January 7, 2015 Inspector Terri Guerra met the requestor on property. This would also represent a partial release against the former owner.
