While approaching the front door, I noticed the gutters full of debris. The protective treatment is all worn off of the front of the residence. There are also several active wasp nests at the front of residence on the porch area. • June 10, 2015- Notice of Code Violation sent to owner on record and also posted at the property. • June 16, 2015- Notice of Code Violation signed for. ;vrv ,,� ,� Code Enforcement Division • July 07, 2015- received a letter from Chase advising they are unable to act on my notice due to not being the owner of property. If found in non- compliance, a fine of $ 100.00 a day be imposed.
