• June 9 2015, I observed the door was broken to the fence
on the left side. While approaching the front door, I
noticed the gutters full of debris. The protective treatment
is all worn off of the front of the residence. There are also
several active wasp nests at the front of residence on the
porch area.
• June 10, 2015- Notice of Code Violation sent to owner on
record and also posted at the property.
• June 16, 2015- Notice of Code Violation signed for.

• July 07, 2015- received a letter from Chase advising they
are unable to act on my notice due to not being the owner
of property. Seminole County Tax Appraiser is still
showing them as owner on record.
• July 8, 20115 Notice of Code Board sent to owner on record
and also posted at property and City Hall.
• There has been no more contact from the owner.

In regards to this case, I recommend the owners be given until
August 25, 2015 to make the corrections. If found in non-
compliance, a fine of $ 100.00 a day be imposed.
