On January 30, 2015, I observed that this location had two
sheds and a portable carport on the property. A check for
permits was made and none were found. I also observed a
enclosed trailer being stored on property over 12 feet in
length in violation. (The trailer violation was corrected)
I certified mailed a Notice of Code Violation which was
signed for (illegible name) on February 4, 2015.

On July 7, 2015, Patricia Koile left a message for a return
call. I returned a phone call and spoke to David Koile
when I returned the message.
He advised that he was in process of taking down the
carport. He advised he attempted to obtain a permit of the
sheds but the required documentation that it was
structurally sound could not be obtained. He advised that
he was going to remove them from his property but not
until middle to end of August.
