• May 8, 2015- Received complaint regarding stagnant pool
at this location. With the permission from the neighbor, I
went onto her property to observed that the pool was
stagnant. There was a large amount of weeds covering the
pool area and the backyard is totally overgrown. On the
side of the residence the protective treatment is covered in
green and black. There was also miscellaneous items in
front of the garage. There were also weeds growing up the
side of the house.
• June 8, 2015- Notice of Code violation sent to owner on
record.

• June 20, 2015- NCV was signed for by Richard Bichel.
• July 1, 2015- Received a call from homeowner advising
violations had been corrected. Upon inspection junk had
been cleared from in front of garage. The pool was blue at
that time. The green had been cleaned off garage but now
there was black on the garage door where the paint is
wearing off. The backyard is still overgrown. I attempted
to call Mr. Bichel back and received voicemail. I left a
message advising him that all violations were not corrected
and to call me if he had any questions. I've have not
received another call from him.

July 9, 2015 Notice of Code Board was sent to owner on
record and also posted at the property and City Hall. While
posting notice at property I did notice the pool was no
longer blue.
July 13, 2015- LISPS website showed notice left no
authorized recipient available.

In regards to this case, I recommend the owners be given until
August 25, 2015 to make the corrections. If found in non -
compliance, a fine of $150.00 a day be imposed.
