The objective of the Winter Springs Historical Alliance is to collect, preserve, pub-
licly display, and make available to researchers those artifacts, documents, and other
items Which illustrate the natural, social, political, educational, and recreational
development of the City of Winter Springs. During those tines when public diaplsy
facilities are not available, the Alliance will arrange for secure storage facilities.
Memorandum on Acquisition
The following material is herewith presented to the Winter Springs Historical Alliance
and its successor organizations with the understanding that it shall be cared for in a
manner Which will, in the judgement of the Alliance, best provide for its physical
preservation and, at the same time, make it most readily available for Alliance use
and to qualified researchers. The donor certifies that he/she has the authority to
make this presentation. The donor agrees to relinquish any literary rights he/she may
possess to the contents of written material unless limiting conditions are specifically
stated.

Not included in this gift is my personal property (a portable
radio, an ashtray, and a framed John Masiello photograph as of
this date) .
Description of material:
I herewith give, without reservation, all the historical items ,
objects , and materials currently stored in the city-owned
building at One North Fairfax Avenue . Included in this gift
are all the pieces of furniture that are mine to give: seven
single-pedestal tables , two stools , two black storage boxes , the
guest register stand, and the set of white shelves .
