INTERNATIONAL SPORTS & ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED
I N C OR P OR A T ED
March 1 , 1993
Hi (put your name here) ! !
I would like to thank everyone that came to my announcement
for Mayor on Feb. 1 ! ! You all have made me feel very positve
about my decision to run. I'm very excited and enthusiastic
about the next 9 months and look forward to Election Day,
November 2 .
I ,especially, like to thank our special guests that came:
Father John Bluett, Pastor of St. Stephens, Commissioner Don
Jonas and Sheron Neely, Oviedo Voice Editor.
As I stated, this letter would come to announce the key
people on our team as well as what we should be doing for the
next several months. First of all , Tim Johnson is my
Campaign Manager, and Jim Mulvey, Campaign Treasurer.
Additionally, I have attached a list of people on the
campaign team. Many of you were at the house that night.
The campaign account has been established at Nations Bank on
Winter Springs Blvd. Donations should be made out to:
Campaign for Paul P. Partyka.
I have attached a sheet highlighting some easy things we can
do over the next several months. You can post this sheet
wherever you want and as you bring more volunteers on, you
can give them a copy.
I have attached some recent articles in case you did not see.
Again, thank you very much for your support now and in the
future. Feel free to call Tim or myself anytime.

PARTYKA CAMPAIGN
The most important things we have to do over the next several
months are:
1 . ADD MORE PEOPLE TO THE CAMPAIGN TEAM. The more the
merrier and makes everyone's job a little easier when it's
time to put up signs or phone people. As you add people, let
me know, so I can personally welcome their support and we'll
add them to the list. Feel free to call anyone on the list
for help.
2 . ASK PEOPLE TO DONATE TO THE CAMPAIGN. We will need about
$4 , 000 . when we start campaigning hard in September. This
will be used for signs, flyers, brochures and postage. It is
better that you collect checks rather than cash. Every
little bit counts, nothing is too small and nothing larger
than $100 . Either send or give the checks to Jim Mulvey or
myself. Donations should be made out to: Campaign for Paul
P. Partyka
3 . IF THERE ARE ANY FUNCTIONS WHERE YOU WOULD WANT ME TO
SPEAK OR ATTEND, LET TIM OR ME KNOW. We don't need to be
agressive now, but I can easily see all the major
groups/organizations in Winter Springs by the time the
official campaign starts.
4. WE WILL RUN A CLEAN AND FAIR CAMPAIGN. We will not
degrade any opponent's personality or family. We will discuss
only facts, actual life experiences or past records that
would be applicable to the job of Mayor. Talk with
confidence. I have nothing to be embarassed about, either
from my City Commissioner days or community activities. My
record speaks for itself.
5. Periodically, we'll have short get-togethers to discuss
any campaign plans/activities that may come up.
