Richard Kessler,manager of the Tropic Bank of* Winter
Springs, wants to apologize to his customers for any
inconveniences suffered during the week while final
preparations are being made to move into the bank's new
and permanent facility.The bank is scheduled to open for '
business in the new facility on August 4.
The temporary trailer that the bank has been using will
remain on the site until agreement can be made on its

ner; Bill Jacobs, Winter
Springs City Councilman;
and Bob Kelly, Casselberry
Postmaster.
Mr. Kessler, a native of
Philadelphia, Pa., and his
wife, Gail, are residents of
Winter Springs. Gail is also
a former Pennsylvania
resident, being a native of
Oley, near Reading.
