Hahn also would like to see adequate fire- fighting equipment in all Seminole County schools. Hahn is no newcomer to fire department work. He has been an active volunteer fireman for 34 years, and has served in many official positions both here and in his former home in Long Island, N. Y. HE WAS North Orlando fire chief for six years and was awarded a plaque by the firemen for his outstanding contributions to the com- munity. As chief, Hahn was instrumental in having the fire department be- come a separate incorporated or- ganization instead of part of village government. He built the depart- ment to its present membership of 20, and obtained an additional fire truck for the community. Fiscal Report Slated Monday NORTH ORLANDO — Village council will meet for regular session at 7:30 Monday to hear Finance Commissioner Charles Mc- Intosh present his fiscal report. This report will come one year after the increase in utility taxes was approved, and McIntosh will present comparative figures of fiscal years '65, '66, and '67, regarding finances and village progress. It also is expected that a proposal will be made allocating a set sum to the village building fund, and a proposal to set aside a certain percentage of income eath month 7o yo y (over expenses) for the building fund. Also, second and final reading of the criminal code is expected.
