A. Budget
1. TLBD Maintenance Fund — 184 (Included in meeting packet)
B. Maintenance Report
1. Eastwood Tuff Turf is performing to standard on the landscaping and irrigation
maintenance. They are doing a good job.
2. Power Exterminators is performing to standard on the chemical services
program.
3. Lightscapes is performing to standard on the low voltage lighting maintenance.
4. Fountain Doctors is performing above standard on the fountain maintenance.
They continue to be consistent and communicate well.
5. Landscaping replacements continue throughout the project. Recently completed
were the enhancements on WS Blvd at Georgetown, various upgrades to
medians ends, and several minor entrances throughout. Re-sodding is scheduled
for median areas where turf has thinned over the past several years.
6. Replacement of the fountain control boxes at the main entrance will cost
approximately $11,000 including custom made panels and installation by an
electrician.
7. Hunter Industries has donated at no cost, an Internet based remote control
system and weather system for the irrigation on WS Blvd. This will allow us to
more closely monitor and control the irrigation systems.
8. Quotes are being received to repair and upgrade all wiring at the Main entrance
to Tuskawilla. The wiring is approximately 12 years old with some wire existing
prior to TLBD Phase 1. New wiring would be installed and connected to the new
Hunter ACC controller that operates the medians, The proposed new wire would
be installed in a sleeve and connections soldered to MILSPEC standards.
9. There are approximately 116 parcels that will be proposed to be added to the
maintenance assessment this year. This will add about $9-11k in annual
revenues to the 184 Fund.
