Deisler received a complaint from a neighbor about this home. He observed sections of the fence on the property had fallen down into neighbor's yard and that the screen enclosure was missing several sections of screen which were either torn, ripped, or removed, The screen enclosure door leading to the back of the residence has been removed and a screen leaning on one of the sliding glass doors is also not in the track in in disrepair. There is an above-ground pool in the backyard, however, it is empty and not posing a public safety nuisance but is drained of water and presents a dingy, moldy appearance. ; .5 snr ,, Code Enforcement Division POLICE 1. 11011,101 ► • December 02, 2014: Notice of Code Violation was sent. • December 08, 2014: Resident signed for the Notice of Code Violation letter. • January 31 , 2015 : property was checked with no corrections. • February 10, 2015 : Notice of Code Board was sent out and posted at the property and City Hall. s%.5 ,� , s Code Enforcement Division POLICE 110101 ► • February 18, 2015 : Mr. Cordes contacted me and advised that the bank had taken over the property. Mr. Cordes also advised he didn't have the money to fix the violations to the property. I attempted to call the number he provided and couldn't get a hold of anyone with the bank.
