HOWL
• October 29, 2014, Capt. Deisler received a complaint from
a neighbor about this home. He observed sections of the
fence on the property had fallen down into neighbor's yard
and that the screen enclosure was missing several sections
of screen which were either torn, ripped, or removed, The
screen enclosure door leading to the back of the residence
has been removed and a screen leaning on one of the
sliding glass doors is also not in the track in in disrepair.
There is an above-ground pool in the backyard, however, it
is empty and not posing a public safety nuisance but is
drained of water and presents a dingy, moldy appearance.

• February 18, 2015 : Mr. Cordes contacted me and advised
that the bank had taken over the property. Mr. Cordes also
advised he didn't have the money to fix the violations to
the property. I attempted to call the number he provided
and couldn't get a hold of anyone with the bank. Seminole
County Tax Appraiser is still showing Mr. Cordes as legal
owner at this time.
