• This case was presented to the Board on February 26,
2013 and at that time a finding of fact and fine of $250.00
per day was eventually imposed.
• The applicant has a pending contract to buy the home and
make it their residential homestead. The violations were
brought into compliance by the bank and the home has
been maintained accordingly.

• Since this home will be the homestead of the applicant and
the contract is pending, we recommend a reduction of the
lien to a tto l owed the city of $950.00, which represents
staff time, case preparations, materials, utility
delinquencies, mailings and inspections.
