C. Deisler ; .5 ,� , � Code Enforcement Division POLICE 1101611 ► • There is a carport on the property which is run down and poses an unsafe condition for anyone occupying the property. There are several areas where the wood is rotting and the doors and walls of the structure are inadequate to properly support it during times of storms and wind, per the renter. *Building Inspector Jay Abel was contacted on or about June 26, 2014 and asked to inspect this structure for soundness and integrity. The Notice of Hearing was also posted at City Hall and mailed via First Class mail. The First Class mailing was returned as "Undeliverable as Addressed". • There has been no contact with the owner since the notice was received and no work done to correct the violation. It is doubtful compliance will be seen. ; .5 ,� , s Code Enforcement Division POLICE HOWL • In this case, I am recommending the owner be provided fourteen (14) days to secure building permits, conduct repairs on the carport and show considerable progress toward fixing it. Should the owner of record fail to comply, I am requesting the Board authorize demolition of said structure at a cost to the owner in the form of liens per city code.
