REQUEST:
The Parks and Recreation Department wishes to inform and invite the Parks and
Recreation Advisory Committee to the upcoming Winter Springs Babe Ruth Opening Day
Ceremony on February 21st, 2015 at 10:30am.
CONSIDERATIONS:
• Each Spring the Winter Springs Babe Ruth organization kicks off the season and
celebrates teamwork, dedication and sportsmanship at the Opening Day Ceremony.
• The Winter Springs Babe Ruth Opening Day Ceremony is scheduled for
February 21, 2015 at 10:30 a.m. at Central Winds Park.
RECOMMENDATION:
The Parks and Recreation Department requests the Parks and Recreation Advisory
Committee receive and review information provided in this Agenda Item.
