Jim Flannigan to check the property for security. While checking the property we observed several violations. ; .5P , s Code Enforcement Division POLICE 110101 • I observed the required clearance for a tree over a sidewalk is not being maintained, the shrubs and landscape bushes are overgrown blocking the front door and windows. The overgrowth continues around the property. • There is an accessory building that has holes in the exterior walls. • The pool enclosure has large holes in the lower sections and it appears that something has been accessing the stagnant pool. This area is covered in a brown and green growth I believe to be mold. • There is also an infestation of wasps and mud daubers around residence. .5 ,� , s Code Enforcement Division POLICE 1. ria�ios ► • The Notice of Code Violation was mailed on August 8, 2014. This notice was signed for by Sandy Campbell on August 25, 2014. There has been no contact with the owners. • The Seminole County Health Dept. was notified of the stagnant pool. • Notice of Hearing was mailed on October 3, 2014. This notice was signed for by Sandy Campbell on October 7, 2014. The notice was posted at City Hall and the property on October 4, 2014. All - 1 • !' I recommend the owners be given until November 21 , 2014 to make the corrections. If found in non-compliance, the order indicate the City can remedy the infestation, the stagnant pool and the pool enclosure with the cost recorded as a lien. The other violations be fined $'100.00 a day.
