There is also a bush that is growing over the sidewalk. I then observed from the neighbor' yard, holes in the screen enclosure. The side of the chimney has the paint worn off and is showing concrete or stucco underneath. This notice was signed for by the previous owner and Jean LaFarce for U S. Bank on August 21 , 2014. Transition of ownership from Alfred Lockyer to U.S. Bank occurred during the notification process. There has been no contact from either party. • Notice of Hearing was mailed on October 3, 2014 and the notice was signed for by Charles Goodson, representative for U.S. Bank. If found in non- compliance a fine of $200.00 a day be imposed.
