The notice was signed for by Tim Janes. • I received a phone message in July stating the house belonged to her mother and they were in process of getting possession of the house to sell it. ; .5 ,� , s Code Enforcement Division POLICE HOWL V ice • I have had no contact since July from anyone representing the property. The grass is being cut, however, no corrective action has been taken to correct the pool. The pool is in the same condition as when I originally observed the violation. • Notice of Hearing was mailed on September 5, 2014. USPS website shows that a notice was left but there was no authorized recipient available.
