The house, after many attempts to get a modification for the home and the bank denying,the bank put us in foreclosure. As per the last hearing the judge and the bank attorney specifically told us that we had to surrender the 656 marlin house before the selling auction date which was September 12th 2013 , and which the property of 656 marlin rd. was sold the same day of the auction of September 12th 2013 as per county records . We moved out and surrendered the home before the Sept 12th, and also to avoid an eviction that the judge and the attorney said they would process if we did not move before the selling date of Sept 12 2013. We are not the owners of the 656 marlin rd. winter springs FL 32708 home and property. It is very upsetting and heartbreaking to receive a letter from you , and a reminder of a home that was taken away from us from the bank,today I got a certified letter and signed it today Oct 4th 2013 from you the code enforcement(Christi Flannigan) , just in shock, disbelief and heartbroken . It will be almost two months since we moved from the 656 marlin house. This letter is in response case 13-0029669 and case 2013CE002248, 656 marlin rd. Winter Springs FL 32708 and we are stating that we do not own and are not responsible for this property; it was taken in foreclosure by the bank and since sold. This property was taken into new ownership. The new owners and all process for this 656 marlin rd. winter springs, FL 32708 the foreclosure, auction, notices, final hearing and the sale of the this home is all in the public records of the Seminole county clerk of courts , also the certificate of sale is stated there. We are very worried and concerned as to why we are being sent fines and violations for this property,that we don't own or live in.
