the discretion of the City Commission to allow a speaker more than the allotted time. If you wish to

REQUEST:
The Community Development Department requests the City Commission hear a presentation from Staff
regarding Lot Split and Re-platting procedures as they specifically relate to Section 9-10 (c) (1) of the
Code of Ordinances.
FISCAL IMPACT:
There is no direct fiscal impact associated with this agenda item.
COMMUNICATION EFFORTS:
This Agenda Item Has Been Electronically Forwarded To The Mayor And City Commission,City
Manager, City Attorney/Staff, And All eAlert/eCitizen Recipients; And Is Available OnThe City's
Website, LaserFiche, And The City's Server. Additionally, Portions Of ThisAgenda Item Are Typed
Verbatim On The Respective Meeting Agenda Which Has Also BeenElectronically Forwarded To The
Individuals Noted Above; And Which Is Also Available OnThe City's Website, LaserFiche, And The
City's Server; Has Been Sent To City Staff,Media/Press Representatives Who Have Requested
Agendas/Agenda Item Information,Homeowner's Associations/Representatives On File With The City,
And All Individuals WhoHave Requested Such Information; And Has Been Posted Outside City Hall;

RECOMMENDATION:
The Community Development Department is requesting that the City Commission hear a presentation
