For those new to the area or for those long time
residents who dust want to get reacquainted,
Trotwood Park is your destination for days
of fun! Located just off Trotwood Blvd. and
Northern Way this park hosts multiple .soccer and
softball games and an array of play for kids and
adults alike You can enjoy fishing in the lake or
bird watching from the dock. You may also like
to feed stale bread to the ducks and turtles from
the dock.
The park offers two playgrounds. The smaller
playground is meant for the toddler age children
It is fenced in and offers swings and a small slide.
The larger playground is meant for the slightly
older children's enjoyment. The older children's
playground is also protected by a large tent shade
to protect the children from the hot Florida rays.
The park has public restrooms and drinking
fountains available off the cement walkway
paths. The park makes a great location for a small
gathering, with numerous grills, pavilions and
picnic tables available for your enjoyment
The park also has basketball, tennis and
racquetball courts and soccer and softball fields.
Practice your swing in one of the fairly new
batting cages. Interested in forming a league?
Leagues can be formed and fields rented through
the City of Winter Springs.
Lastly, the Splash Playground is the newest
and most refreshing playground in the park.
The Splash Playground is open from April —
October and is open 7 days a week from 10am-
6pm (weather and public safety permitting). The
Splash park requires a paid fee of $10 1person/
season for Seminole County residents or $10
for the first family member and $5 for each
additional, with a maximum of $30 per family.
