When you meet Glenn Tolleson, the first thing you will notice
is that he listens scrupulously and patiently to all details of a
concern expressed by a resident. Captain Tolleson's knowledge
of the City's Codes and Ordinances is encyclopedic. His quiet
demeanor and quick smile are telling signs that he most often
has heard of a similar issue before. He will explain what
can or can not be done by the Code Enforcement bureau
and more importantly -- -why! He and his staff have assisted
the residents of Tuscawilla with numerous issues! Glenn did
express a hope that more folks will leave a name, email or
phone number with their concern so he can follow up with
an explanation, especially if it is about an issue not covered
by Code Enforcement. If you really want to know more about
Code Enforcement, I highly recommend Captain Tolleson's
Code Enforcement evening class! — Pamela Carroll
