The third meeting hosted by Atlantic Housing
is scheduled for: Tuesday, September 7, 2010
at 7:00 pm at WS City Hall.
Contact your City Commissioners by email, phone, and
by attending City Commission meetings (held on the 2nd
and 4th Mondays of each month starting at 5:15 pm). Once
again, citizens may give Public Input either verbally or in
writing whether an issue is on that evening's Agenda or not.
If you prefer not to speak, you still may have your opinion
included in the Public record by completing a purple Public
Input form stating your position on the issue and indicating
that you do not wish to speak.
Note: The original project was slated to have 3 and 4
story buildings with a total of 201 apartment units and a
minimum of 413 parking spaces. The apartments included
1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom units with a total of 447 bedrooms.
Occupancy per bedroom is restricted to a "two (2) person
occupancy unless the occupant is twenty-four (24) months
or younger." The project would have included ninety-four
Workforce Housing units, forty -seven age restricted (55 +)
units and sixty Market rate units.
