Mrs. Flannigan;
I respectfully come to you regarding the letter I received about the property located at 327 Kirkcaldy Drive,
Winter Springs FL 32708.
I have received your letters and I have made many efforts to contact you over the phone, leaving you mes-
sages with my phone number to talk to you and inform you about what is going on with this property. Unfor-
tunately I haven't been able to have a conversation with you.
I understand the letter and I have had people helping me leaning the property from trash and debris, keep-
ing the yard dean, including the weeds from sidewalk area.. We emptied the water from the pond. I have
tried to find help to fix the roof and exterior walls but it has been very difficult because like I told you my fi-
nancial situation iS really hard. My husband passed suddenly,at age 57,this has been a huge impact in my
life and I am still wondering what is going to happen. I have tons of medical bills that I need to pay and I
have tried,seriously tried to maintain the property the best I can.
I am just asking for a bit more time,and in the meantime 1 will keep the yard dean and the sidewalk free of
debris. But fixing the roof or the walls is just impossible for me because I do not have the money to do it
Right now I don't have a vehicle to attend this hearing and I don't know what to do.
I am asking fora few more months. If I get a lien on the property I wont be able to sell and I already have a
contract on it and the buyers will fix everything. Please help me. This is not a normal situation where I
"choose"not to obey the law. While my husband was alive our house was the most beautiful house of the
block, people and neighbors always complemented our home, but my life changed drastically when my hus-
band died. This is my reality, this is not an excuse.
I am just asking for mercy, I won't have that kind of money to pay fines and if I get a lien I wont be able to
sell to good buyers that will keep and maintain the house nice and dean. Please give me a few months.
