• I received a complaint that the exterior wall covering on
this house was cracked and large portions had fallen off. I
observed from the street and from the complainant'
backyard that large sheets of the stucco have fallen off and
the covering is cracked and broken in other areas,
including the chimney and a roof support post on the patio.
I also observed what appears to be black mold in those
area where the stucco is missing.
• The house appears to be vacant and neighbors told me that,
recently, tenants of the owners had moved out of the
residence due to the presence of mold.

• Notice of Code violation was mailed to the homeowners
on July 31 , 2012. The USPS web site shows that delivery
was made on August 7, 2012.
• Notice of Hearing was mailed on November 6, 2012. The
notice was delivered on November 9, 2012 according to
the USPS website.
• Notice of Hearing was posted on the property on
November 6, 2012.

I recommend the owners be given until December 5, 2012 to
correct the violations.
If the owners are subsequently found in non compliance, I
recommend a fine of $250.00 per day retroactive to November
20 2012.
