Flannigan s%.5 ,� , s Code Enforcement Division POLICE v HOLM ivw • I observed trash & debris in the front yard, broken planters, pieces of siding, stagnant water (decorative pond in front yard), fence has fallen and broken neighbors have pushed it back up right, roof on second floor is pulled up, exterior walls have siding that is missing and broken, there is also mold and mildew growing on the painted portions of the exterior walls. s%.5 ,� , s Code Enforcement Division POLICE 1. 11011,101 ► • Notice of Violation was mailed on September 5, 2012; USPS website shows the notices were delivered to Suntrust September 10, 2012 and Mrs. Palmer on September 6, 2012. • There has been no contact with the owner of record. • Notice of Hearing was mailed on October 27, 2012, and USPS shows deliver to Mrs. Palmer on October 30, 2012 and to Suntrust on October 31 , 2012. If found in non-compliance, a fine of $200.00 a day be imposed retroactive to November 20, 2012. Due to multiple reports of bats and rodents entering the structure on the second floor near the window, I also recommend that the City be authorized to seal this area from entry and file a lien in the amount of expenses incurred.
