Community Development Department—Planning Division Requests that the Planning and Zoning Board hold a public hearing to consider Ordinance 2012-15, the update of Chapter 6, Code of Ordinances, Buildings and Building Regulation. Community Development Department—Planning Division Requests that the Local Planning Agency review the preliminary Five-Year Capital Improvements Program for FY 2013 through FY 2018. PUBLIC HEARINGS 502. Community Development Department—Planning Division Requests that the Local Planning Agency hold a Public Hearing to consider an Expedited State Review, CPA-2012-02-ESR (Ordinance 2012-13), changing the Future Land Use Map designation from "Mixed Use" to "Greeneway Interchange District" and "Conservation Overlay" (on those affected areas) for the forty (40) acres, more or less, located on east S.R. 434, immediately north of Creeks Run Way. Community Development Department—Planning Division Requests that the Local Planning Agency hold a Public Hearing to consider an Expedited State Review, CPA-2012-03-ESR (Ordinance 2012-14), amending the Comprehensive Plan related to the Capital Improvements Element.
