• This case was originally presented to this Code Board on
February 21 , 20'12.
• One of the violations was for missing sections on the
exterior wall around the chimney area.
• The owner who was not present was notified via certified
mail and given a date of March 1 , 2012 to correct if not
there would be a $ 100 per day fine imposed.

• As of today, August 21 , 2012 there has been no corrective
actions done on this violation.
• I have routinely checked the violation observed that no
action has been taken and currently there is weeds growing
up the side of the house growing into the hole in the
chimney.
• Certified mail was sent for the Code Board and was
delivered on July 31 ,2012
