1059 SUNNY FM would like to celebrate the 4th of July Celebration of Freedom with our listeners at
Central Winds Park on July 4 2011.
1059 Sunny FM shall support our appearance with the following commitments to the City of
Winter Springs:
• Fifty (50) promos combo of live liners and :10 recorded starting about two weeks prior to
the Celebration of Freedom special event ( "special event ").
• Fifty (50) promos combo of live liners and :10 recorded starting about two weeks prior to
special event airing on the on -line radio stream at 1059sunnyfm.com.
• Inclusion of special event in a station e- mailer sent to 14,000 + Club Sun Members
• Home page blog on 1059sunnyfm.com
• Post details on the events page of the website now through the special event date.
• One Facebook post promoting the special event to 1,600 + fans.
• Air talent, if available, for on -stage announcements.
City of Winter Springs to provide:
• Prominent location for Sunny vehicle and 1 -2 10x10 tents at the event.
• Access to electricity, if available.
• Stage mentions of "1059 SUNNY FM."
• Logo on special event promotional materials i.e. stage, banners, direct mail to
residences.
• Radio promotional partnership exclusivity to 1059 SUNNY FM for 2011 special event.
• First right of refusal for 1059 SUNNY FM to be the exclusive radio partner for 2012
Celebration of Freedom special event.

1 I - the event of rain or other inclement weather, the City of Winter Springs, at its sole discretion, may
postpone the Celebration of Freedom special event to July 5, 2011. In the event of any such
postponement, 1059 Sunny FM shall fulfill its commitments to the City on July 5, 2011.
