• On February 7,
2011, I observed
a large hole in
the roof
over the garage.
Since then, I have
observed more
holes in
the roof.
• Notice
of Violation
was mailed
on February 15, 2012, this
notice
was signed
for on 2- 21
-12. There were previous
notices on:
February 11, 2011, this notice was signed for on 3 -7 -11
August 22, 2011, the permit expired and another notice of
violation was mailed and signed for on Aug. 25, 2011.

• I have had contact with Mr. Roberts and we were
attempting to assist him with other issues on the property.
We had a roofing company that was willing to donate the
materials and time to repair the roof through our elder
services contact. Mr. Roberts refused to allow access to
the property for the inspection to determine what was
needed.
• Notice of Hearing was signed for by Scott Roberts on
April 14, 2012. I also posted notice at the property on
March 3 0, 2012.

Regarding to this case, I am recommending the owner be given
until May 7 , 2012 to correct. If then found in non - compliance
a fine of $250.00 a day be imposed.
