Winter Springs Notice of Code Violation An inspection February 7, 2012 of above mentioned property noted the following violation(s) of Winter Springs City Code(s) /Ordinance(s): Overhang extension over door to back porch have wood rot Soffits missing from apartment 177 IPMC 304.9 Fence missing slats falling down rear of building and between building City Ordinance 6 -217 Trailer enlclosed trailer in parking space with flat tire and no tag. City Ordinance 20 -411 Junk and debris, Dishwasher tires, car battery, old rotted wood timbers and miscellaneous garbage on back of property City Ordinance 13 -2 within 10 days after notification. Failure to correct the violation(s) and to notify the Winter Springs Code Enforcement of said corrections by the date will result in charges being brought against you before the City of Winter Springs Code Enforcement Board which has the power to levy fines up to $250.00 per day per violation for every day that you remain in violation.
