I went to location and found a flyer for Apple Business Card on the front door. The door was locked and no contact was made. Deisler forwarding an email from Permitting that a Mr. Michael Wells, who owns a printing office in Longwood, was in their office complaining about this matter and wanting to know what was being done about the lack of a business license. I contacted Mr. Wells at the number provided in the email (407 674 0704.). Mr. Wells complained to me that the business was still operating and was stealing his customers. Mr. Wells also related that he had been at the business today and was threatened by the business owners and called names. I asked Mr. Wells why he was at the business and he told me he was trying to keep track of when they were engaged in printing so that he could inform our department. He told me he had come to the police department today to find out why the business was still being allowed to operate and was told the officer handling the code case was not available. He stated he then went to the permitting office to find out why the business was still operating without the proper permits. I told Mr. Wells I would need to read the reports and speak with other people within the department and I would get back with him. I reviewed this report by Officer Flannigan along with an information report taken by another officer reference the same complaint (2012CJ000231).
