OFFICIALLY RECOGNIZES
CESAR CHIN
the Mayor and the City Commission of the City of Winter Springs, Florida recognize CESAR for his contributions to
the City of Winter Springs. As a student at Winter Springs High School, CESAR performed more than seventy -five (75) hours of
Community Assistance serving the City of Winter Springs, specifically in the Office of the City Clerk; and
we recognize that CESAR was very helpful and punctual; and due to his efforts in revising the naming configurations
of hundred of documents in the City's LaserFiche system, searching for specific documents is now an even more efficient process.
