MADELINE GONZALEZ
the Mayor and the City Commission of the City of Winter Springs, Florida recognize MADELINE
for her accomplishments in being a National Hispanic Recognition Program Scholar.
MADELINE is one of fifty -six students in Seminole County who are being recognized for receiving
either the National Merit, National Hispanic or National Achievement Scholarship. MADELINE represents 1.3%
of the graduating class of 2009 in Seminole County.
