Rick Brown, 407 - 3341 -6025 After a referendum vote by the Tuscawilla community, the ground work was laid to prererve and enhance our community. The main eleements of the bautification disteict included capital exspenditures for rehabilitating existing entrances and building others where none currently existed. . Lighting along Winter Springs Blvd would be replaced with modern ,and more attractive brighter fixtures. Center medians along the length of Winter Spring Blvd would be upgraderd with first quality trees and landscaing to replace many old and diseased tree and planted with flowers. Upgrading of the irrigation system and a contracted landscaping maintenance plan wouold be put into effect. It was, and still is, the goal of the TLBD Committee that Tuscawilla remains a premier community and that the values of the homes therein compete favorably or better with other communities/ subdivisions. The TLBD has accomplished most of its goals. We are looking for ways to save money for the maintenance of our achievements.] We have been lucky this years that we haven't had repeated winter freezes. Would it be possible for city workers to help in the landscaping areas? z = ]
