The porches and balconies have rotten metal frames, along with missing screens. There is one balcony that has wood pieces that appear to be holding up the floor. • The Notice of Code Violation was mailed to the owner of record on October 25, 2011. The letter was signed for by Rosemarie Morris on November 9, 2011. • This property has been routinely checked and was found to still be in violation as of January 17, 2012. No corrective actions have been observed to indicate that the violation is being or been corrected. Code Enforcement Division oVicE f - ,W. W. � , � •The owner of record has called on several occasions and given different reason of why the porches and balconies are not repaired. She has a company called Structural Design Services send a letter stating that they were hired to inspect the frames and design /engineer replacement frames. They also found the frames corroded and damaged. There has been no work started. *Certified mail of Code Board meeting was mailed "Return Receipt' on December 30, 2012 and signed for by Rosemarie Morris on January 3, 2012 • The property was posted on December 30 2012, by myself with notice of this meeting. W. � , � Code Enforcement Division oVicE f P�o�RID�A �v In regard to this case, I am recommending the owner is given until February 14, 2012 to correct and a fine of $200.00 a day imposed if found in non - compliance.
