Code Enforcement Division
• This violation was first observed August 9, 2011. I observed that
the house is currently vacant. I observed other violations along
with the fence into the back yard was open and damage which is
the only pool enclosure. I also observed that the pool was
stagnant with no power to the property to filter the water.
• This case was brought before the Code Board and a guilty verdict
with a $250 day fine was imposed.
• This property is still in non compliance and no repairs have been
made by the bank or listed property owner.
Code Enforcement Division
• The Code Boards order was certified mailed Bank of America and
signed for on 11 -09 -2011. The order was returned undeliverable
to William Riggins
• The property was posted on November 29, 2011 of the Code
Board Hearing. Certified mail and first class mail was also
completed and neither have returned.
