• This case was originally heard on October 18, 2011 and found to be in
violation. The Order of the Board gave the owner's until November 1, 2011 to
correct and if found in non - compliance $250.00 /day fine
The Order of the Board was signed for by GMAC representative ger Caya on
October 27,2011 and by C. DeVittorio on November 14, 2011.
• There has been no contact from the owner of record.
• The Notice of Code Board Hearing was certified and first class mailed to
owner of record and GMAC. The Certified notice for GMAC was signed for
by Greg Caya on December 5, 2011.
• The property was posted with Notice of hearing on November 30, 2011 by
myself.

Regarding this case, I am recommending the original order of
the board be entered as a lien.
