• This case was first heard October 18, 2011. The property is still in violation as
of December 19, 2011. The Order of the Board gave the owner's until
November 1, 2011 to correct and if found in non - compliance $250.00 /day fine
• Order of the Board was signed for by Bank of America representative, Nelson
Hernandez on October 28, 2011. Furboter notice was returned unclaimed.
• There has been no contact from the owner of record or the bank.
• The Notice of Code Board Hearing was mailed to the owner of record
(Furboters) and Bank of America on November 29, 2011.
• Bank of America representative signed of the notice on December 5, 2011.
Notice for the Furboters has not been returned.
• The Notice of Code Board was posted at the property on November 29, 2011.
