• This Violation was first observed on October 19, 2011. This
house was found to have Debris by the front door, stagnant
pool, and no fence in need of repair which is also the only
pool enclosure.
• The notice of code violation was certified mailed and first
class mailed to the owner, both were returned
undeliverable.
• On November 19, 2011. I found that the pool had been
covered and the debris was removed. However the fence is
still in need of repair.
Code Enforcement Bureau
• Certified mail of Code Board meeting was mailed and
was returned undeliverable. The property was posted with
notice of Code Board.
•We are asking for finding of fact and relief.

to correct the violation and a fine of $100.00 a day imposed if
found in non - compliance
