• This violation was first observed August 26, 2011. There has been
roofing material piled in the driveway for a while once I wrote the
violation, there is also a camper in the yard.
• There has been no contact with the owners in regards to this
violation. There was a tarp placed over the supplies at one point
and has blown off with the course of the weather.
• The Notice of Code Violation was mailed to the owner of record
on September 6, 2011 and again on October 31, 2011. The notices
were signed for by Harold Noonan on September 14, 2011 and on
November 3, 2011.

• This property has been routinely checked and was found to
still be in violation as of December 19, 2011.
•Certified mail of Code Board meeting was signed for on
December 3, 2011 by Harold Noonan. This notice was also
mailed First Class and Certified to the owners of Record and
has not been returned.
• Property was posted with notice of this hearing on
November 30, 2011 by Inspector Christi Flannigan
with notice of Code Board Meeting.
Code Enforcement Division
Regarding this case, I am recommending the owner is given
until January 15, 2011 to correct the violation and a fine of
$100.00 a day imposed if found in non - compliance.
•We are asking for finding of fact & relief.
