• This violation was first observed September 13, 2011. The pool
as seen thru the glass door is stagnant.
• The Seminole County Health Department has been notified of this
pool. They stated that they sent Mosquito control to the residence,
and also noted that the screen enclosure is missing the screens.
They have attempted to notify the property owner also.
• The Notice of Code Violation was mailed to the owner of record
Edmund Fraser Jr. on September 13, 2011. This notice was signed
for by a B. Fraser on September 17, 2011.

•I received a message from a Mr. Fraser (unknown first name)
stating that this property was foreclosed on. He did not leave a
call back number nor any bank information. The property
appraiser still shows Edmund Fraser as the owner of record.
•Certified Mailing of Code Board meeting was mailed
On October 3, 2011.
•This property has been routinely checked and was found
to still be in violation as of October 18, 2011.
• Property was also posted on October 3, 2011 by
Christi Flannigan with notice of this hearing.

Regarding this case, I am recommending the owner is given
until November 1, 2011 to correct the violation and a fine of
$250.00 a day imposed if found in non - compliance.
